He says it is a private matter and he prefers to keep to himself whether he is vaccinated or not. Considering this, there are state laws in New York and and California restricting individuals to go to work if they do not get their vaccine. This issue forced Golden State Warriors' Andrew Wiggins to get his despite initially wanting not to due to religious reasons.
