Welcome back to Be The Good with Kate. Today’s guest, Liesl Ulrich-Verderber, is on a mission for good in a major way AND is such an intriguing individual.
She is CEO of global media company The Goodness Exchange, focusing on good news and connecting those doing good, creator of Conspiracy of Goodness Network: “the first ever networking platform for making the world a better place,” education site EWCed, and Amazing World Media.
You can see why when I came across Liesl, I knew we had to chat! And I am so grateful she was willing to share.
Liesl is taking goodness into her own hands at a macro level. Her companies highlight and connect people leading the way in changing our world in major ways, inspiring us all to be the good however we can.
From their website: “The Goodness Exchange is focused on bringing you more joy and less fear about the world by amplifying stories of goodness.”
Liesl’s path to this? As she puts it, "totally sideways".
Her parents were about keeping humanity in healthcare. Her mom observed how the epic amounts of negative news was really affecting people’s mental health.
Originally Ever Widening Circles, a blog, it grew into a media platform, then even further with both an educational and a healthcare platform, now further still into The Goodness Exchange.
I was so in awe of Liesl, her work, and the stories she had, that we talked for another half hour after the recording stopped! I cannot wait for you to listen to this episode.
