i had a great chat with the Ireland international and London Mets 2B player about how he fell in love with the game as a 5 year old reading box scores and then picking up a bat as a 10 year old, coming to London to teach, playing American Football in the UK, getting involved with the Irish national team and almost qualifying for the 2021 European championship, leading by example at training, tips and advice for playing 2nd base, how does he keep growing as a player, how the organsiation are trying to form partnerships with schools and what they have been doing to grow baseball at a school level, other sports popularity in this country, the quality of competition in the NBL and the high standard of players in it, what changes he would make to baseball in this country, traveling to Bulgaria with the London Mets for the European championship, chess and listeners questions, PLUS Hearthstone anyone?!
