Description

@_blOKes the men's mental health CIC that provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental platform for men, who are 16 and over, to open up about their thoughts and feelings, connect with likeminded people and tell a #MaleTale.  You can create your own blOKes account for free by visiting www.blokes.life, and share your own stories, tips and advice based on your lived-experience with mental health. You can also find more information about blOKes, including how to get in touch to organise mental health signposting sessions, talks and workshops. As you well know, men are often hesitant to discuss their thoughts and feelings for fear of being labelled as weak, unmanly or pathetic, and blOKes aims to show that admitting when you're struggling and asking for support is not only brave, but vital. Head over to the blOKes Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts to learn more about the movement and to begin getting comfortable with talking about how you're really feeling.
