Welcome back to Servin' Up Cinema, where we are NOT serving up food!
In this episode, we review Darius Marder's Sound of Metal, starring Riz Ahmed, Olivia Cooke, and Paul Raci. We discuss the plot source content, the condition of hearing loss, and the characters' growth throughout the film. The most important aspect of this film is the sound design and editing and it was incredible to see how that affected this film and its story. A one of a kind story.
