Blair Hart is a lifelong resident of Indiana who was married to her husband Tony for 34 years until he was diagnosed with ALS in 2012. They had three grown sons together and ran their own business prior to the diagnosis.
Blair Hart and her husband Tony had been married for thirty-four years when Tony was diagnosed with ALS. After visits to various doctors and trips to the Multidisciplinary Clinic in Indianapolis, Tony was diagnosed with the life-ending disease. Tony and Blair decided to make the most of their time together, going on a month-long vacation and taking one last family vacation. After Tony's death, Blair found solace in staying up to date with the research around ALS and donating to the ALS Association. She found strength in her close family, who were able to make the best of a difficult situation and cherish the last moments they had with Tony.
