Deborah Fletcher is an uplifting and resilient author, speaker, and adult educator from Toronto who has firsthand experience in facing life's challenges head-on. As a mother of twin daughters, one of whom lives with multiple disabilities, Deborah has navigated the complexities of raising a child with special needs while maintaining a positive outlook. Inspired by her father's own journey of overcoming adversity, Deborah penned "Finding Your Hay," a memoir that also serves as a guidebook for dealing with life's challenges. With her warmhearted and humorous approach, Deborah shares her stories and insights to help others find strength and support during difficult times.
