Tammy Bartels was an overwhelmed stay-at-home mom, feeling like she was standing still in her chaotic world. At a retreat with her business coach, God called her to use her season to raise her children to be followers of Him. She began to pursue a relationship with God over worldly perfection and was soon checking in with a Bible study group and reading the Bible in a chronological order. God then inspired her to write a devotional to help other women take those same baby steps in getting into the Word. After six years, she now knows that God's plan is always greater than her own.
