Based on the popular video game series, this film was written, produced and directed by Scott Cawthon, who also was a developer for the video games. The film stars Josh Hutcherson, Matthew Lillard & Elizabeth Lail. The film centers around a young woman who takes a job as a security guard at a family entertainment center where the animatronic characters come to life with deadly intentions. This film was streamed on Peacock on October 26 and then released in theaters the next day.
