DC’s 12th film in their Cinematic Universe follows the 2019 previous film. Zachary Levi returns as the titular character alongside Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Djimon Hounsou & all of the children as well as their “superhero” counterparts return. Joining the cast are Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu & Rachel Zeglar who the “Daughters of Atlas”, the main antagonists of the film. 2 years after the events of the first film, Billy Batson and his family have become targets by the Daughters of Atlas, who look to use the Wizard’s powers to destroy the world and recreate the magical kingdom of the Gods.
