This film is a sequel to the 1995 film but doesn’t tie to that storyline whatsoever. However, it does serve as a prequel to the series, “Power Rangers: Turbo”. Jason David Frank, Johnny Yong Bosch & Steve Cardenas return from the previous film and the series while being joined by Catherine Sutherland, Nakia Burrise & Blake Foster. This would the final feature film based on the series until 2017.
