The event featured 5 matches, 4 of which were championship matches. The team of Randy Orton & Kevin Owens took on The Bloodline’s Solo Sokia & Tama Tonga, Bayley defends the WWE Women’s title in a triple threat match against Naomi & Tiffany Stratton, The Kabuki Warriors, Asuka & Kairi Sane defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles against the team of Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, Damien Priest defends the World Heavyweight Championship against “Main Event” Jey Uso and I. The main event, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes has his first title defense against “The Phenomenal One” AJ Styles for the WWE Championship.
