As we move toward the end of another year where the world is shifting, hurting, grieving, and hoping, we acknowledge that much is outside of our control. Yet we look to the things God has given us to steward. What is enough for us to know as believers before we can act in tending these shoots and vines. Jesus takes our notions of order and and control and throws them into disorder. He asks us to deconstruct our current reality to make way for His righteous kingdom without knowing when that time will come. Would you choose to live differently if you knew the world was ending tomorrow.
