Starting a new year gives us an opportunity to reflect on how we spent our energy, time, and money in the previous one. It allows us to take a sobering look at the difference and similarities between what we say we value and what are life choices show we value. Once we have taken a careful look backwards we can, with intention, help, and faith, begin to plan the next year.
