Through the persistent faith of a gentile woman we see the beginning of Jesus’ purpose beyond the Jews, Jesus is for the nations. Persistence, faith, total dependence; we learn so much from the story of the woman. God wants to give good gifts, often times our persistence is a demonstration of faith and obedience that God responds to!
