According to the ICIMS, “ghosting” is the scariest trend in recruiting now even post-pandemic. Once recruiters present a candidate to a client and the client passes, there is a 1% chance of that recruiter reaching back to the candidate to tell them they didn’t make it. Christine shares that the key piece is to keep lines of communication open. If the candidate isn’t the right fit for the client, they could be a fit for somebody else.
