Richie Contreras hosted the talented artist Chris Rogers to talk about his upbringings, his craft, the experiences he faced with recovery from alcoholism & the unconditional love he felt from his mother.
Chris is from North Carolina, grew up playing soccer and hockey, then decided to pursue an art in college. His journey in life led him to relocate to Austin in 2012 and find himself surrounded by peers that had passions in life. He struggled with alcoholism, decided to find emotional treatment for sobriety and now works as a freelancer painting murals & live paintings for projects on various platforms.
