The Baroness Casey Report has been released recently and it discusses the current issues that face the met. The Met has been accused of being racist, sexist and homophobic and a culture which has failed its own officers and ethnic minority officers too. I discuss what they report has to say on racism and sexism while sharing my thoughts and views.
