This sermon was given by Fr. Matthew Howell on the third Sunday after Pentecost which happened to fall on the feast of St. Sophrony of Essex. Fr. Matthew discusses how St. Sophrony taught--as did his elder, St. Silouan--that the application and true test of the Christian life is the love of enemies.
