Proverbs 16:24
Pleasant words are a honeycomb,
Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Another version says it this way:
"Gracious words are like a honeycomb,
sweetness to the soul and health to the body."
I have entered a room heavy-hearted and left with a weight lifted, all due to the words I heard and received.
Words can also flatten us and keep us up at night.
I have experienced that as well.
You probably have too.
To think we may be used to bring health to someone with gracious and pleasant words. What a gift we hold.
