This week, University of Miami Athletic Director Blake James joined the show! James began his career in athletics working in ticket and corporate sales. After working in various roles at Miami, Nebraska, and Providence James was hired as the Athletic Director at the University of Maine. James spent seven years as at AD at Maine before returning to Coral Gables in 2010. From 2010 to 2012 James would serve as the Senior Associate Athletic Director, before being named the Interim AD at UM in October of 2012. The interim title would be removed in February of 2013 and James has served as the AD at Miami ever since.
