Rick Dutrow formally started Acting in Second Grade. His first professional performance was at the age of 17, playing in a Pittsburgh Dinner Theater as the role of “Mercutio” in Shakespeare’s, “Romeo and Juliet.” Rick went on to study Acting as a Theatrical Performance Major at Saint Vincent College, and performing at Seton Hill College (now University). Rick continued his professional career after college in TV, Commercials, and Industrial Films. You can currently see Rick in the Feature Film, “The Boonies,” which just debuted, and in the upcoming Feature Films: “Massacre Academy,” “Virt,” and “Guerilla Dogs.” Rick will Co-Star in the Showtime Series, “Rust,” in several episodes; he is playing the character, “Nolan Danek” alongside Jeff Daniels, Maura Tierney, and Bill Camp—among other talented actors.
He is married to Actress, Stephanie Swift, with whom he enjoys working with on as many projects as possible!

Stephanie Swift is originally from Butler, PA and now resides in Irwin with her Actor husband, Rick Dutrow. Although she started in Musical Theater at the age of 10 (and 25 years later of Stage Shows with Theaters from Chatham College to Apple Hill Playhouse); she transitioned into the Local Film scene.
Upcoming releases are “Little Mouse,” “Virt,” and “Massacre Academy.” The food footage film, “Red Woods” in which she played Flynn, was released earlier this year. Stephanie and Rick recently acted in the newly released short by RedSlate Films, “Luminous Dreams” about a dying movie theater that is saved unexpectedly.
