James Howard was born in Baltimore, MD, raised in Washington, DC, and currently living in Pittsburgh, PA. He has been working as an Actor in the Film Industry since 1999. "The Temptations" was his first job. Since then, he has worked in over 150 Films and Commercials in the Mid-Atlantic Area. He has worked in such TV shows as, "House of Cards,” “VEEP,” "Turn,” and "West Wing.” His most recently released Feature Film is “The Boonies,” where James plays the Sheriff.
