Be it friendship or marriage, Word of God says in 2 Corint. 06:14, "Never be unequally yoked with unbelievers." If we take the example of Jezreel, the wicked wife of King Ahab, she gives wrong advise to king Ahab and leads him against the servant of God, Elijah which means against the very plan of God. And the end result- she herself lost her life and met a pathetic and miserable end. Absolutely a wrong companion! That's why the Word of God tell us time and again to choose friends or companion wisely.
True friends are like diamonds - precious and rare. True friends are those who are happy when we succeed, and sad when we fail. They stand and give a helping hand.
