After a two week hiatus due to California dreaming, Fresh is the Word is back with a Bellator themed episode featuring includes from K-Fresh's time out in LA for Bellator 170 at The Forum in Inglewood, headlined by Tito Ortiz's victory over Chael Sonnen.
