Is it a coincidence that we release this session with an ordained rabbi the morning after Rosh Hashanah? Absolutely. Also, Rabbi Marc isn't ordained — he isn't a rabbi at all (don't worry though, he is Jewish). Instead, Ben Something from southern California went on eBay early in the pandemic to buy a used golf bag to feed his budding golf interest; the leather staff bag he purchased arrived at his door, and upon opening the box saw "Rabbi Marc Gellman" emblazoned across the front in slightly-faded stitching. Thus, Rabbi Marc was born. Marc/Ben has been a day-one supporter of Group Golf Therapy, and it felt only right to bring him onto the couch for a chat. Three shrinks and a rabbi walk into a recording studio... you finish the joke.
In this session: identity theft, compassionate golf, being a "setter".
As always, thanks for listening to Group Golf Therapy! #mindyourgolf
