Julia Rae's first film role is a golf movie. Wow. She's one of the leads in the upcoming, festival award winning movie, "Playing Through", which documents the life of Ann Gregory, the first Black woman to compete in a USGA championship. Julia lives in LA, but is deeply connected to her Philly roots, and will never give up Mom's cooking. Julia took golf lessons as a kid, but dove head first into perfecting her swing for the role.
