- Recognizing that Control and Preparation are fundamental keys to success to overcome procrastination.
- We have an ability to Control:
- Thoughts/ Where we place our attention
- Our Word, tell yourself to Do It!
- Actions,
- The time to which we do things
- Control our beliefs
- We have the ability to be Prepared
If a task is too easy, you’ll be bored quickly and your mind is likely to wander
However, if a task is too hard you’ll likely get overwhelmed and you won’t be able to achieve that subconscious level that is necessary for the flow state.
