We naturally become complacent, we get satisfied with how things are going in our lives. We get comfortable. But within comfort lies the seed of neglect. There is NO GROWTH in comfort

Adjust Your Focus
We’ve been telling you that Material items, praise, acclaim, and things of that nature should NOT be the focus.
It never should be, regardless of this situation or otherwise. If you’ve been listening to us, you already know this
Change only occurs when the level of motivation shows up, because this situation that the world is in right now is bringing clarity -
Forceful clarity. Clarity about what is truly important. Clarity as to what really are the life essentials. Materialism is OUT!
Good News:
The light will come - there is a light, this too shall pass and believe in the power of annica.

What CAN YOU do?
Focus on what YOU can control. Too much attention is given to things that occur in our lives that we have absolutely no control over. Remember that you will ALWAYS have control over yourself and how you REACT to things.
Remember that things in life happen FOR you, not TO you. Thinking this way allows to a tactical advantage over any situation because it gives YOU the power back.
Workouts:
Can you run, HIIT training?, Jump rope, Fitness challenges, Video Workouts. Working out has shown to increase endorphins (the feelgood hormone), and lower cotisol (the stress hormone)
Pay VERY close attention to what you are CONSUMING. You may think of food right away when you hear consume but really, everything that enters your body and brain, you are consuming.
