Our guest today is Robert Baxter OBE, the Director of Rugby at Premiership team, Exeter Chiefs.
After playing at the club for 14 years, spending 10 of those years as club captain, in 2017 he became Director of Rugby. In 2021 he was honoured for his services to Rugby with an OBE Award.
