That passive energy may come from organisations having been too resigned, too passive about their actual people impact. The effects that seemingly minor but really essential choices have brought onto the human beings inside your organisation. And people not willing to put up with that impact on their lives anymore.

The good news: there are a lot of tools, initiatives, knowledge available now – to act differently. To reflect and choose to create a different people impact.

Be honest about what hasn’t been working for you anymore. Face forward. This is where we are today. The world is in a different place.
