Hi, I'm Beverley Joy of Simply Story Poetry. I wrote this Christian poem in the first few months after coming back to my Christian faith. The first sermon that I heard, in the first church service that I attended in 30 years, was titled 'Christ lives in you.' I was so nervous about falling back into my old way of life. I studied the Bible verses and prayed this poem daily for several weeks until I had a confident understanding of this part of my faith. Galatians 2:19-21, 1 John 4:20-21, Hebrews 13:5.
