Description

About the session:

This session will be divided in two parts, the first part will deal with al Nakba (Catastrophe) of 1948 and its impact on Palestinian lives to date. Key historical events will be discussed to illustrate the continuation of settler colonialism, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing. The second part will deal with the ideological underpinnings of the settler colonial apartheid scheme that has unfolded to colonize Palestine from 1896 to the present. A focus will be on how to decolonize Palestine and establish a one democratic state solution from the river to the sea.
