Jon and Demi are the Executive Director and Director of Operations (respectively) for Demented Peach atop a beautiful staff list (consisting of the fairly funny Carl Sobel and David Steves). They saw early in this scene, that very talented comedians in the area were being tragically overlooked when it came to showcases and that performers were underselling their talents by performing shows for free.
