I know and you know we shouldn’t care what others think, but it’s easier said than done right! And it is truly one of the most common things I see holding people back in expressing themselves authentically and from starting their business. In this week’s episode I am talking about the fear of judgment, especially when it comes to setting up or starting out in a new business, and also when it comes to sharing your spiritual side and beliefs, although I hope and feel this could be related to many different places fear of judgment shows up in life. I share some thoughts and shifts and insights that helped me personally, and that helped many of my clients to move through this really common fear.
