Over the past two seasons, we covered many different topics, from social issues to local restaurants. Until now, the one topic we hadn’t touched on was sports. Our area is home to one of the most iconic voices in sports today and that voice is none other than Mike Detillier. Mike is a native of Mathews and made a name for himself by his time on sports radio, television, and most importantly his draft report. These days, you can hear Mike every afternoon on WWL Radio giving his expert analysis along with the South Lafourche’s own, The Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert. In our last episode of season two, Mike tells us about himself and his family, some amazing stories his years in sports media, and the things he's doing to better our community.
