When someone talks about Louisiana, one of the first things that come to mind is food! Cajun cooking is one of the most popular cuisines in the world and people will travel from all over to visit our area just to have authentic Cajun food. The fact is though that Cajun cooking wouldn’t be great without the Cajun cook. A Cajun cook takes pride in the meals they prepare because it is a reflection of their culture and their family. The art of preparing our type cuisine is usually handed down from generation to generation. In this episode, we hear of a 5thgeneration Cajun cook that takes pride in his family’s rich Cajun cooking heritage.
