While my first few episodes weren't to any particular schedule, the next few were all planned in advance, with an expected gap of about a fortnight between each episode. It's a pattern I've tried to stick to since, with varying degrees of success.
Obviously for the first one I went back to the MCU, and while it's not as well structured as what came later, I was just finding it fun to talk about something I love.
