I was very excited to go and watch this classic trilogy for the first time, and I absolutely loved the mad chaotic energy of all three of them. Ash is a great protagonist, and the Deadites are way more threatening than average zombie fare, with the Necronomicon Ex Mortis becoming truly iconic among horror fans.
These were a lot of fun, and with Ash Vs Evil Dead and Evil Dead Rise this will likely not be the last time I explore this franchise.
