Arrested Development follows the story of Michael Bluth and his attempts to run the family real estate company. As Michael is the only level headed member of the family, hilarity ensues when Michael attempts to do anything to get his family out of the mess they put themselves in.
In the pilot episode, we see everything go wrong for the Bluth family and Michael prepares to leave them behind for good to have a better life with his son.
