As we continue on with last week's episode I want to bridge the gap to start setting boundaries. 

Anyone can become a doormat if they don't learn to set healthy boundaries and say no. You know you need to learn to set boundaries and say “NO “when things get a little too much for you. Our minds have a way of letting us know when something isn't right. We're either giving too much, or we're being exploited.

We all only have so much time and energy to give. We avoid speaking our truth by not creating healthy limits. Our relationships suffer as a result of this since when you can't be honest, your relationships become less intimate. So, what does it mean to say “NO” and set boundaries?
