Magical Messages:
☽ Everyone has Trauma: childhood, adult hood, heart break, abusive relationships, money trauma, work place, religious, etc.
☽ Trauma and Toxic being over used in self development world, careful with the use of these words
☽ You are not dramatic. Your feelings are valid
☽ Trauma defined: a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. ex: "a personal trauma like the death of a child"
☽ Healing through it requires acknowledging and accepting where you are and having a desire to heal
☽ Feel to heal, process and detach from emotions
☽ Sharing from a processed place vs. from the pain body / trauma response
☽ Over-sharing = trauma response, Under-valuing / Lack of Self worth = trauma response, Running away = Trauma Response (fight or flight), Creating Chaos / Drama = Trauma Response, Hyper-Independence "I can do this all by myself" = Trauma Response, & the list goes on
☽ Awareness and Willingness to heal will allow you to move through vs. avoid, perpetuate, repeat the cycle, numb out, etc.
☽ Caution around "Speaking your Truth" vs. expressing from a more grounded state, call on support and spend time in reflection
☽ Multiple "Truths" can and will coexist, the goal in any charged conversation should not be to "win" or "lose"
☽ Create S P A C E to feel and respond vs. react
