This week in 1 Peter we dive into the second section, last week we learned that we are claimed as children of God. This new title leads us to becoming living stones. In this next section we take the last verse of section 1, which challenges us to live counter-culturally, and ask ourselves does this apply to me? If so, in which circumstances? What we find is that we are to be people who values conviction over convenience.
