The soul that seeks Him “in spirit and in truth” knows when it’s in resistant mode.
Resistant mode—stubborn, refusing to do differently mode.
This is certainly the space where/when one’s true love for God is brought into focus (John 14:21)—choosing obedience or prolonged stay in resistance aka rebellion.
