Key attributes of successful coaches:
Specificity of having clear goals and being able to articulate them (to yourself, to peers, to your clients)
Building relationships; being likeable, friendly, approachable, putting the effort into making connections and building relationships overtime
Knowing how important CPD and self development is, maturity to admit mistakes and allowing your beliefs/thoughts to change
Don't be a martyr, it isn't a sign of weakness to ask for help
Be approachable, knowing how you come across on online, showing up on social media AND giving value
Know your end goal; coach vs influencer
Having a growth mindset, being inquisitive and breaking glass ceilings
Having passion and letting it develop
Vision and the ability to play the long game, discipline to do hard things, staying the course
