- Does your content talk to one of the personas, having consistency is paramount across your whole business
- Focus on the why for a more powerful message around your beliefs
- People buy a connection, not what you do, but why you do it
- Creating an engaging client experience and user journey, and keep customers focused on the vision and mission
- Showcasing your brand as you want people to know you and build trust through tone of voice
- Knowing your values, and your content aligns, you will attract similar and you enjoy long term value
- Who will get the most value from your product - add a persona around this to be clear who they are, their language, their lifestyle, how to get in front of them
- Be clear what you do, customer personas, tone of voice guide - test, learn and iterate from here
- Try a few messages in front of your audience, what resonates?
- Know that you are adding value, its not about selling, its about reach and impact and having a positive impact
- Tech should support your value, know what you need and be really clear on what your customers need
