It’s mental health awareness week here in the UK. This year’s theme, Nature, has been created because of the connection people have had with the natural environment off the back of lockdown and Covid restrictions. It became one of the top coping strategies people adopted during the pandemic. We'd like to encourage all of our listeners to go outside and enjoy nature or bring an element of nature into their home, as and when they can. We know personally it has had a positive impact on our minds.
In this week's episode, Tom & Hannah speak to Jo about finding balance in our lives, the benefits of getting outdoors and other important factors for happy healthy minds at work.
