She works much faster than anyone expects because she talks to the people doing
the work. She understands how underestimated the operators are and she loves
finding problems and solving them as a team.

Excellence is vital to Danielle and during her career she
has received awards from Shell for being the project manager of a compressor
station buildout where they saved costs and came in under budget, while
ensuring zero safety incidents. The project was executed in compliance with
state and federal environmental regulations.
