Dr. Judy Sedgeman’s passion for more than three decades has been nurturing peoples’ natural peace of mind, resiliency, and well-being through a groundbreaking understanding. Simply put, she believes that understanding the 3 Principles of Psychology - helps us realize how we are creating our own experience and how we can all find perpetual access to ease within us. Through her work as a facilitator, speaker, and mentor, Judy makes it easy for people to quiet their minds and experience their own insights while getting in touch with innate health and resiliency. Judy, a long-time student of Sydney Banks, also co-produces the superb ‘Psychology has it backwards’ podcast with Christine Heath. She continues to support practitioners, mentees, and coaches, as well as Veterans, and many other groups through her dedication and work.

Dr. Dicken Bettinger is a renowned American psychologist and mental health educator who has been helping people re-connect to their innate resilience, clarity, and well-being for decades. He became a licensed clinical psychologist in 1983 and retired his practice after serving people for more than 31 years. Like Judy, Dicken was mentored by Sydney Banks for decades - and he now supports individuals and groups all over the world through a dedication to the 3 principles understanding. In his view, a groundbreaking yet profoundly simple understanding that points to our true nature. He has been married to Coize for 52 years and loves teaching people what it takes to create healthy, thriving relationships. Dicken has two adult children, a big puppy called Oliver, and he plans his days around when he can be with his four wonderful grandchildren.

Host Bio: Thomas Leamy is a global citizen – having traveled to more than 50 countries. His experience connecting with diverse groups of people helped him realize how similar we all are – regardless of nationality, race, culture, or wealth. Thomas spent 10+ years working with high-level executives and government officials in the nation branding industry. During this time, his passion for understanding the psychology of high-performing leaders emerged. After several coaching and training certifications, Thomas now helps individuals, teams, and SMEs understand how they too can perform at their best and reduce the burden of stress. He is originally from Ireland and currently lives in Portugal with his wife.
