Simply put, she believes that understanding the principles of psychology - helps us realize how we are creating our own experience and how we can all find perpetual access to ease within us. Through her work as a facilitator, speaker, and mentor, Judy makes it easy for people to quiet their minds and experience their own insights while getting in touch with innate health and resiliency. Judy, a long-time student of Sydney Banks, also co-produces the superb ‘Psychology has it Backwards’ podcast with Christine Heath. She continues to support practitioners, mentees, and coaches, as well as Veterans, and many other groups through her dedication and work.
